- Upon building the Council of Eight you receive 3 Victory Points. Every week beyond that during Victory Timer you will receive one Victory Point as well.
- You can choose a Buff from another Wonder that you currently don't own. Besides receiving this buff, you will also receive the Wonder Combo Buff of that Wonder (example you choose Great Library Buff that means your Council is Science). If you build a Wonder that you currently copy a Buff from you can choose another buff.
