The Fletchery is a Tile Improvement structure that will convert Planks, Feathers and Gravel into Arrows. If you level the structure it will increase the chance of getting more Arrows. This Structure will halt the production of Arrows during WarTime because of the fear of being raided.
The only thing that you need to do is put the Planks, Feathers and Gravel you want to convert into Arrows inside of the Input chest. After you've done that it will automatically take the items out of the chest and convert it to Arrows and put it in the Output chest. Be sure to empty this chest before it fills up, or else your Flecthery will end up 'sleeping' until it has room to process more Arrows.
Each level brings a higher chance to produce 5 extra Arrows. Below you can see the percentage per level.

Each level will increase chance of re-process by 10% . Re-process is affected by Efficient Gears buff .
To level up to the next level, your town requires one of the following technologies; Aquaculture, Fortification. Global War or Compass.
