¶ Overview
Ingermanland (Russian: Ингерманланд) was a three-masted, fully-rigged Iezekiil‘-class third-rate ship of the line, built in Arkhangelsk, Russia, in 1842. She was intended for service in the Imperial Russian Navy′s Baltic Fleet. Ships of this type were characterized by good seaworthiness, practical location of guns, and rational interior planning. The ship was armed with seventy-four 24- and 36-pound cannons.[1]

¶ Benefits
- During war, damage against Town's structures have 50% chance to be increased by 1.
- Increase the maximum level of Cannon Tower by 1 across your Civilization.
- Every 60 seconds, you can bombard a random functional defensive structure in the town of your choice (/civ bombard town). It will always target the tower with the lowest HP first. Example: A Scout Tower has 250 Hitpoints but an Arrow Tower in the town has 200, it will focus this one first. The bombardment will deal 100 damage and will do an artillery explosion nearby. If it destroys a tower it will enter a 3 minute reloading penalty for doing the last hit. Targeted structures also lose building regeneration.
