The Tree Farm is a Tile Improvement which can chop wood for you. It will automatically plant trees and will chop them down afterwards for you.
The base processing speed is 1x per 240 seconds, but can be upgraded to it will process quicker. For each structure level you upgrade it will reduce 10 seconds from the processing speed.
In the Tree Farm you can toggle the tree type you want it to chop down. You can also toggle if you want to break the axe when it reaches 0 durability, or to keep it.
Whenever it breaks the tree, you will also gain any other drops you can gain. For example sticks, saplings and apples.
The inital planting will take longer since it has to plant 10 saplings.
Tree farm will start by place a sappling the first tick. Second tick will make the sappling grow, third tick will cut it down.
Formula for lvl 1 is : 240+240+240=12mn
Like stated above, whenever you upgrade the Tree Farm you will gain a processing bonus of 10 seconds.
To level up to the next level, your town requires one of the following technologies; Gunpowder, Commerce and Trading.
