The Arrow Ship is a fundamental part of a Town's defense. It is a cheap and effective defensive structure for in the water, however it won't be able to stop large groups of enemies from infiltrating your Town through the water. The Arrow Ship automatically fires upon players who are outlaws or members from hostile or at war city-states/civilizations.
Single enemies can be outlawed using the /town outlaw add <NAME> command.
It's very important to keep this structure safe during War-Time since it's a crucial structure to help you defend against attackers.
Upgrading an Arrow Ship can give buffs to the tower which is listed below.
Once you've researched one of the following Technologies you can upgrade your Arrow Ship to the next level; Foundation, Urbanization, Politics, Engineering.

Level 6 requires Neuschwanstein Castle.
Damage Dealt is quite straight forward. This stat is the damage the tower does whenever the player has been hit the arrow tower.. It's counted in half hearts. (2 damage = 1 heart)
Range are calculated from the middle from the structure to the player. If a player is outside of range the tower won't shoot.
Fire Rate means in seconds how fast the arrow tower can shoot. If you have a fire rate of 1 this means that the arrow tower will shoot 1 arrow per second.
