The scout tower gives you extra battlefield visibility by informing you about the locations of enemies in your culture. The Scout Tower is a critical structure to the defense of a town. Unlike the Arrow Tower or Cannon Tower it has a much larger effective range and does not fire upon enemies.
It's very important to keep this structure safe during War-Time since it's a crucial structure to help you defend against attackers.
To level up to the next level, your town requires one of the following technologies; Foundation, Urbanization, Politics, Engineering.

Level 6 requires Temple of Artemis.
Scout Rate is the interval the Scout tower can give the locations of the enemies inside of your borders.
Range are calculated from the middle from the structure to the player. If a player is outside of range the tower won't shoot.
